The Man The Myth Sean Cannon has been steering our little meat ship for the last few years, sometimes in a straight line, sometimes weaving about but always with tremendous pride and passion for Great British cured meat. Being a rural Norfolk lad, the ever-changing British climate and its accompanying seasons has always been an important part of life, as it is for our producers and their wonderful charcuterie.
Ever since we started, Sean has worked closely with the incomparable John Doig at Moons Green and the brilliant Graham Waddington of Native Breeds. So it’s their products that feature prominently in Sean’s personal selection for the start of 2016:
