Their best selling Cornish Seaweed & Cider salami developed to their unique recipe and hand crafted on the farm using their own rare breed heritage pork called the Lop, famous for it’s buttery and silky fat that melts in your mouth and beef from the ancient North Devon breed cattle. The seaweed that is a Spaghetti seaweed is gathered off the coast of St. Ives that gives a natural saltiness and they use locally produced North Coast Cider for acidity and a little bit of sweetness.
